About the SignUpNow Tool Kit The SignUpNow Tool Kit is a comprehensive resource manual for both program administrators and for those who work directly with families who may be eligible for the Family Access to Medical Insurance Security (FAMIS) program, the FAMIS Plus program (formerly known as MI Medicaid for Children), FAMIS MOMS or Medicaid for Pregnant Women. The Tool Kit contains: handouts and flyers, eligibility information for both all the programs mentioned above; all necessary application and supplementary forms; lists of resources and reference guides; and suggestions for outreach activities. The SignUpNow Tool Kit is currently undergoing its annual revision. As you can see, the income card has already been revised below. Version 9.0 will be posted soon! The entire contents of the SignUpNow Tool Kit are posted below. All are PDF documents, large files are followed by # of KB. This latest version number is "8.0". Not sure what version you have - check on the bottom right hand corner of the first page of the main Table of Contents, a version number is listed there.
